Job Responsibilities:
- Create BOM (Bill of Materials) for the new system and review existing BOM to make sure the data accuracy;
- Create and develop product database for users in order to search effectively.
- Support Project Team on standard documentation, product/systems, and drawings and involve in BOM.
- Identify opportunities to continuously optimize and improve internal products/systems.
- Develop project standard documentation, training and access to productivity improvement.
- Identify, plan and deliver key results related to business productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics with 1-2 years’ experience in master data maintenance or sourcing environment.
- Possess a diploma or degree in electronics, electrical, IT, or a related field.
- Possess good experience in handling documentation and achieving timeline targets.
- Have basic knowledge about any ERP system, Dynamics AX would be a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and aptitude for/interest in data management/databases.
- A team player and also can work independently.
